Axe Radio is a flexible Rock format that can be positioned musically to match the makeup of your market. Here are two options that will demonstrate the formats versatility.

Option I is a more mainstream approach designed to age a Classic Rock station, differentiate from Classic Hits and appeal to Active’s who have become disenchanted with Active Rock. Option II is designed to replace a struggling Active Rock station by attracting its upper demos while appealing to Classic Rock’s younger demos who like Rock with more edge.

Soon, there will only be room for one Rock format per market and both Axe Radio options have been developed to be the last Rock station standing.
